I really should have had the pre-season race at Jordan’s in Opelika written up by now.
We had three good races on multiple rabbits. We suspect that they changed rabbits in mid race at least once.


Lucy and Suzie behaved themselves and all the girls had good races I’m looking forward to hunting with Jordan this year on his property and ours. And he turns 16 this November so he’ll not be begging rides much longer.

This week has been taken up with preparing the Church’s Sermon Notes, as well as a site makeover, working on the “2+3” getting it ready for Apalachicola by putting the trim tab indicators on (we’re still wondering about a puff of smoke from the Yamaha 115 motor). The paint job is finished. It was done by the FiberGlass Shop on the old Lake Oliver road outside of Phenix City.
It looks like it was done by a pair of eight year olds with a paint brush. I’ll definitely be finding someone else to do my work in the future.
And I cut my grass, 2’s grass and the church’s grass. Not to mention working on a sewage line as gf and I lay a new floor in a house we’re getting ready to sell in anticipation of getting our new home.

It’s been a busy week and the future weeks look just as busy. Got to get it done before the season
